Urban Decay VICE 3 Palette

This is the NEWEST Urban Decay Vice palette and I can honestly say I think it is amazing and everyone needs one. The overall packaging of the product is amazing and the quality of each of the eye shadows that are included cannot be faulted.

I own the Original Naked Palette and I love that, that one is full of neutrals and I can wear it on an everyday basis however this one is completely different. It is making me a lot braver when  it comes to trying out different eye shadow colours. There is not one bad shade in the palette and the one thing that has surprises me the most is the colours that i have been reaching for the most are the ones which aren't neutral and is out of my comfort zone. 

All of the shadows have a buttery, soft consistency but you do need to make sure that you have got some sort of eye primer underneath to make sure it doesn't move or crease and some of the shimmery ones have a tendency to have a lot of fall out so do your eye shadow first. This way you wont spoil your face makeup and you have to do it all again.

So if you see this palette go and get it, it is an amazing palette and I didn't think that i would love it as much as I do.

Autumn Tag

Autumn Tag

Autumn is my favorite time of year so I thought that one of the best post I could do, is to tell you everything that I love about Autumn <3

  

1. Okay, we're talking coffee. What is your favorite seasonal drink from Starbucks/Costa/Cafe Nero?

Hands down my favorite drink for Autumn would be a Hot chocolate from Costa with whipped cream and Marshmallows it is the tastiest drink ever for when it starts to get colder. The one from Starbucks  is no where near as nice, the one from Costa is just perfect!!

2. Accessories - What do you opt for - boots, scarf, gloves?

This might be one of the easiest as my hands are always freezing especially when it is getting colder, without gloves I would feel as though my hands were going to fall of. I do think that boots are a lot cuter but I couldn't cope without gloves. 

3. Music - What do you love to listen to during the Autumn?

I love to listen to all types of music all year round but for Autumn, so when it is getting colder and i want to listen to something really calm and relaxing to make me feel warm and cozy. It would have to be Jessie J's album Alive and the song 'Miss Her' may be one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard and always makes me cry.

4.  Perfume - what's your favorite scent at this time of the year?

It would have to be Thierry Mugler Womanity 

5. Candles - which scents will you be burning this season?

I am not a massive candle burner and I would much rather use Fragrance Sticks, the Rituals ones are my favorite. In particular it would have to be the Sweet Sunrise as it has a really nice spiciness to it and the one i got last Christmas is still going strong and smells amazing. 

6. What do you love most about Autumn?

The thing I love most about Autumn is something really boring but I think it is just beautiful, its when you see all the leaves on the ground, I just love it.

7. Favorite make up look?

I love to wear a really dewy base (Nars sheer Glow) and if i want to wear darker eye shadows i will wear MAC Mulch on the lid with Handwritten along the lash line and in the inner corner. One the other hand i sometimes I would want to wear a dark lip instead and it would be MAC Ruby Woo. On an evening sometimes i wear both together but that is only on a special occasion. 

8. What I am looking forward to about the Season 

The one thing I am looking forward to most is preparing for Christmas as it is my favorite time of year, I just love everything about it.

Best BB Cream Out There!!!!

I think that it has gotten to a point where everyone is just totally over the whole BB fanatic, now there are so many different lettered creams that is has become ridiculous. They all claim to do such amazing things when in reality most of them are just comparable to your average tinted moisturizer. I have found a BB cream which may actually be on of the best products I have ever bought, it is........

Erborian  BB Cream light and you can get it from many different stores but the place where I think is the easiest to get it is Space NK. 

No one ever talks about this product and I think that, that is down to the fact that not many people know about it but if they did it would be one of those products which you go back to time and time again to repurchase.

It is priced at £35 which is rather expensive for a BB cream but is hands down well worth the money. If I could afford it, i would buy one of these for everyone as it is something which i believe every girl/woman needs in there makeup bag.

It leaves the most beautiful natural finish to the skin and I think would be gorgeous on an oily skin with a small amount of setting powder over the top. It lasts reasonably well on my skin and looks even more natural as the day goes on. It has a very creamy consistency but is not thick so is perfect to wear if you don't normally wear makeup, if you are just starting out and wan to find a really nice base that doesn't make you look as though you have really heavy makeup on. Or even on the days which you just wan to have a really nice natural look which just evens out your skin tone.

   

Beauty Blender

I have heard about the Beauty Blender ever since I have been watching videos on You Tube and reading blog posts which has been for years. I have always been on the fence about buying it and I never knew I could get it shipped over to the UK. Recently i have seen a few You Tubers use it and i have been so interested in it and how it works so I bit the bullet and bought it.

The best decision I could have made. It has changed the way my makeup looks and stays and that is what i think has impressed me the most. The trick with it though it that you need to use it damp, it not, it will not work the same and will just waste a lot of your product which is the last thing you want to do when makeup is expensive enough.

One thing I would say is that I thought it would be a lot bigger than it is when it is damp and expanded but once i have started to use it i love the size.

I think everyone needs it and will change the way your foundation looks and feels on your skin, Even though it is expensive any of the dupes are just not as good. (apart from real techniques which is very similar but I do prefer this one   

Kylie Jenner

Everyone has been OBSESSED with Kylie Jenner and her lips recently. Dont know whether it is because of how amazing the lip combination is or how her lips have gotten 3 times bigger.

 

She does look stunning and she has brought back the 90's lip and has done it very well. One thing you can tell about the lip colour is that she has gone slightly darker around the outside which will make them look even bigger, then she has used a dark, brownish nude MATTE lipstick. If it was glossy it wouldn't have the same effect, Now when I look at the lip colour and doing some research i think the combination she has most likely used is.......

Then Velvet Teddy Lipstick


These two products together are how you achieve the Kylie Jenner 90's lip.

Beauty Is In Everyone

Everyone is Beautiful. Alot of people don't believe that they are beautiful, as when ever they look into a mirror they hate everything about themselves. Weather its their facial features, the way the dress or even they way they speak. Some times the people who have no self confidence about their looks and don't believe that they are good enough to do whatever they want to do, when really they are the ones who are the strongest and most beautiful people inside. Looking in a mirror can be the most difficult or the most challenging thing some people have to do and if you are one of these people just remember that the most important type of beauty in someone is never on the outside, it is always buried deep within them and they never let their true beauty shine through. Everyone is Beautiful. Don't let anyone tell you, you otherwise  <3
